Chris graduated from the University of Pennsylvania,
Wharton School of Business with an MBA in Finance in 1979. In 1992,
Chris was one of the founders of another registered investment advisory
firm and a principal of a Wisconsin based broker/dealer. Prior to
this, Chris served in various capacities in corporate America and the
financial services industry. His experience includes 10 years of
portfolio management in addition to 15 years of Corporate Finance and
Strategic Planning experience at the Miller Brewing Co. in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin. |

Tom started his business career in 1972 as an Area Manager
for the Miller Brewing Co. He served in various capacities until
1982 when he became Sr. Vice President for Sales, a position he held until
1993. Subsequently, he joined a group of other adventurous
entrepreneurs and formed First Republic Inc., which was the first America
style beer distributorship located in Moscow, Russia. While at
Miller, Tom worked with Chris and later became one of Chris's first
clients. Tom was an active participant in the management of his
own portfolio. His interest and passion for the business motivated him to
eventually become registered with the SEC as a registered securities
representative and a registered investment advisor. The eventual
formation of this partnership simply formalized a successful, long term
working relationship. |

Ted graduated from Tufts University with a BA in Economics
in 1982 and from NYU with an MBA in Finance in 1985. He spent the
past 17 years in various financial positions for Pillsbury, Phillip Morris
and Miller Brewing Co. Most recently, he was with a billion dollar
northwest dairy company where Ted played the lead role in the company's
successful restructuring of its
debt totaling $180 million. Prior to his move out west, Ted spent two
years in NYC working in the Strategic Planning group at Phillip Morris.
It is here where he met Chris. Both individuals played key roles in
Miller Brewing Co.'s acquisition of Molson Breweries. During the
past 10 years Ted has been managing his own portfolio with Chris. As
a result of this relationship, Ted realized that he too had a strong
passion for the business. |

Debbie Hogate serves as the firm’s branch
manager and chief compliance officer. She is responsible for the
oversight of all activities of the firm, primarily those dealing with
compliance and regulatory matters. Debbie graduated from Northwestern
with a BA in Economics in 1975 and from the University of Michigan with
an MBA in Marketing and Finance in 1977. Since that time she served in
several marketing and consulting positions for a number of private and
non-profit organizations. Debbie has been involved in the financial
services industry as a registered representative and investment advisor
for the past 12 years. Debbie is a Registered Representative of Polar
investment Counsel. |

Forrest R.

Forrest has more than thirty years of
management experience in the beverage industry. He has held senior field
sales positions for over fourteen of his twenty-four years with the
Miller Brewing Co.
As President of the Center for Professional Development, he focuses on
individual development through enhanced public speaking and presentation
skill as well as a wide selection of seminars that engage and challenge
the attendees.
He has accumulated post-graduated executive management courses from
Stanford University, University of Chicago Graduate School, and the
University of Virginia Colgate-Darden Business School. He is a member of
The American Society of Training and Development and the International
Coaching Federation. He was a guest teacher for two years at Georgetown
University teaching marketing to undergraduate and graduate students.
Forrest is married and has one child. He and his family split their time
between Alamo and Lake Tahoe, CA.
